It was mayhem outside the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles where Nick Jonas and his new band the Administration performed Tuesday night. As fans waited anxiously for Nick to come out and sign autographs, he played coy and left in an SUV instead. The fans were disappointed and one was so eager to see Nick that she chased after the speeding car, narrowly avoiding being hit by other cars on the road.
